PrintShop Mail integrates personalised information from a database into the layout of a document and is perfect for customised or one-to-one mailings. It is extremely easy to use and integrates quickly and easily with any major design package.


One of the major benefits of PrintShop Mail, in addition to having both PC and Macintosh compliance, is the ability to create separate Layout and Database designs before they are integrated together. This solution prints at the rated speed of any Konica Minolta PostScript® printer/copier due to the fact that the layout of the document including static information and images is sent and stored on the printers RAM and is then merged with the variable data. This function replaces the need to RIP each graphic and layout for each and every page and maximises throughput, saving time and money.
