Our relationship with Konica Minolta SA: We have been resellers of the Konica Minolta and Océ range of products the last 23 years. Konica Minolta SA , which is part of the BidVest group of companies, supplies us the products, parts, consumables, as well as training for our staff. In 2005/2006 we received the Digital MFP Dealer of the Year award, as a result of the largest sales volumes of Mono MFP’s in South Africa. In 2006/2007 we received the accolade of the overall Dealer of the Year and Production Dealer of the Year of Konica Minolta in South Africa. We have recently been awarded the Konica Minolta dealer of the Year award for 2009/2010! This is the third time we have been awarded the most prestigious award from Konica Minolta
Our relationship with HP goes back to the “Mopier” range of digital of products, and we have been building close ties with Mr. Casper du Plessis of HP SA since the recent launch of the exciting range of new HP MFP’s. The Hewlett Packard name has become synonymous with reliability over the years, and we have taken the uncertainty out of Total Cost of Ownership by including HP’s in our all-inclusive cost per page maintenance agreements. This simply takes the guesswork out of budgeting, and the traditional headaches associated with stock control and shrinkage is removed from your institution. As a result of our investment in infrastructure we do not outsource any of our technical support. We have the capacity to carry out all service and maintenance of HP products ourselves. We also constantly cross-train our Konica Minolta technical staff on the HP products. CBA was also approved as an HP Office Printing Solutions Specialist for 2010 and is a Preferred Partner.
